Personnel & tactics:
Julian Nagelsmann made three changes to the starting XI that lost 3-1 against Bayern Munich when the Bundesliga restarted last weekend. The back four protecting shot-stopper Oliver Baumann consisted of Pavel Kaderabek, Kevin Vogt, Benjamin Hübner and Nico Schulz, while Dennis Geiger and Florian Grillitsch replaced Leonardo Bittencourt and Stefan Posch in a midfield three alongside Kerem Demirbay. Adam Szalai started in place of Ishak Belfodil and was joined up front by Andrej Kramaric and Joelinton.
Julian Nagelsmann switched to a back three after his team went 2-1 up, with Stefan Posch replacing Szalai and slotting into defence alongside Vogt and Hübner (64). The two final substitutions were like-for-like changes, with Nadiem Amiri (78) and Joshua Brenet (89) replacing Geiger and Schulz.

TSG Hoffenheim's 4-2 victory away to SC Freiburg finally put an end to their seven-match winless streak in the Bundesliga.
A misunderstanding in the Freiburg defence sees Joelinton go clean through, and the Brazilian gets the better of a defender inside the box before sidefooting past the keeper.
TSG win a free-kick 30 metres out and play it short. Demirbay picks out Grillitsch on the edge of the box and the midfielder fires a shot from 20 metres that sails narrowly over. Schwolow didn't have a chance.
Gulde rises highest following a corner and heads the ball against the post, but Höler is on hand to slot the rebound into an empty net.
A penalty is awarded after Schulz is brought down by Stenzel on the edge of the box. Kramaric steps up to take it and fires the ball into the bottom corner to re-establish the lead!
Schulz goes on a bursting run down the left-flank and picks out Szalai, who hits a left-footed volley towards goal. But Freiburg custodian Schwolow manages to save the shot.
A long ball is played in behind the defence and things go quickly from there. Demirbay spots that Kramaric is better-placed and plays a perfect pass into the path of the forward, who doesn't need to think twice and slots home his second of the afternoon from a centre-left position.
Another corner brings about another goal for Freiburg. This time it's Niederlechner who gets his head to the ball and sends it past a powerless Baumann into the top corner.
Freiburg look to level immediately when Waldschmidt pulls the trigger from 25 metres out, but Baumann makes a strong save to keep the lead intact. In the passage of play that ensues he makes another good stop to deny a header from Koch.
Demirbay unleashes a thunderbolt at goal from over 20 metres and the ball bounces down off the crossbar and over the line. Goal-line technology ensures it counts and TSG go 4-2 ahead. What a strike!
