Getting to and from the stadium by car
The international friendly match between Germany and Peru (Sunday 9 September, 20.45 CET) at the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar Arena will most likely result in delays when approaching the ground before the match from the direction of Mannheim and Heilbronn. Further delays are likely when departing the stadium from parking areas P10 and P11.
Getting to and from the stadium by rail
Tickets to the match are also valid as transport tickets for journeys to and from the stadium via the Rhein-Neckar Transport Association (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar - VRN) as well as Heilbronner/Hohenloher/Haller local transport (Heilbronner/Hohenloher/Haller Nahverkehrs - HNV). The German Football Association (DFB) therefore recommends that all those attending the match use public transport.
For a quick and secure journey, board trains which stop at the station "Sinsheim Museum/Arena". From here, the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar-Arena is accessible on foot. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Fans can plan their journey here.
ÖPNV PUBLIC BUS SERVICES
A shuttle bus service transports fans from the train station at Sinsheim (Elsenz) to the stadium and vice versa. Further information can be found on the respective websites of DB (Deutsche Bahn) or Rhein-Neckar Transport Association (VRN).
General rule: All those taking public transport to and from the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar-Arena should pay close attention to the very detailed signposting.
No rucksacks and no bags larger than A4 size are permitted at matches in the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar-Arena. There is no bag deposit service for such items in the stadium. A guide detailing which items can be brought into the stadium can be accessed here.
