The ''Mobile Ticket'' format is available for all scheduled* TSG home matches via the Ticket-Onlineshop. Purchased tickets can either be dispatched via e-mail or downloaded to a smartphone using the Wallet-App** immediately after purchase (or any time after purchase under the ''My Tickets'' option at https://tickets.1899-hoffenheim.de). Tickets should be scanned on the SkiData turnstiles upon entry to the PreZero Arena. Please take care to ensure that screen brightness is set to 100 percent - otherwise there is a chance that your Mobile Ticket will not be able to be read.
''Mobile Tickets'' as well as ''Print@Home Tickets'' are available for purchase via our Onlineshop until kick-off. The option to collect at the box office is available up to four hours before kick-off.

*Why only at scheduled home matches?
This is part of TSG's agreement with the public transport organisations VRN and HNV. The ''Print@Home'' and ''Mobile Ticket'' formats can only be made available for fixtures which have been given exact scheduling. For matches for which the DFL has yet to announce exact scheduling, only ''Hard-tickets'' are available.
**What is a Wallet-App?
A Wallet-App allows users to save purchased mobile tickets to their smartphones so that they can then be scanned to allow entry to TSG matches. IOS (iPhone) device users should have the Wallet-App installed by default. Android users will have to install a Wallet-App via the Google Play Store. We recommend the PassWallet app developed by Above Mobile Limited.
