좋아! Jin-Su Kim wins the Asian Games with South Korea

New TSG signing and full back Jin-Su Kim won the Asian Games with South Korea on Thursday. His country beat neighbours North Korea 1-0 in Incheon. The winning goal was scored in the 120th minute through Changwoo Rim, with Kim playing the full match.

The Hoffenheim player stormed through the tournament with South Korea, not conceding a single goal in six matches. The team beat Laos (2-0), Saudi Arabia (1-0) and Malaysia (3-0) in the group stages.

South Korea then won 3-0 against Hong Kong in the last 16, in which Jin-Su Kim scored the third goal in injury time. Japan were defeated 1-0 in the quarterfinals, before Thailand were knocked out through South Korea's 2-0 victory in the semis. The TSG player only missed out on 25 minutes of playing time during the tournament and was a pillar in securing the success of the team.
