Andreas Beck remains captain of TSG
Andreas Beck will remain captain of TSG for the upcoming season. The 27-year-old defender also led Markus Gisdol's team last campaign and has made 33 appearances as captain in the Bundesliga.
Since his arrival in Kraichgau in 2008, Beck has made 183 appearances for TSG in the Bundesliga, scoring three goals. He has also made 14 appearances for Hoffenheim in the DFB Pokal, but is yet to score a goal in the competition. He will have the chance to change this in the first round match against USC Paloma on 17th August in Hamburg.
