11 TSG players involved in international fixtures – Volland faces Spain

This week sees a host of international friendlies and 11 Hoffenheim players are involved for their respective countries, including World Cup participants Sejad Salihovic, Koen Casteels and Fabian Johnson. Also in action is Germany U21 captain Kevin Volland.

Sejad Salihovic must travel to Innsbruck, Austria for Bosnia and Herzegovina's game against Egypt. It will be an important test for the side looking forward to their participation in Brazil.

The US team, and Fabian Johnson, are preparing themselves for the World Cup - and their group with Germany, Ghana and Portugal - with a friendly against the Ukraine.

Kevin Volland and Germany's U21 team have the toughest task though. Horst Hrubesch's team, European champions in 2009, face Spain, the 2011 and 2013 European champions. There isn't a trickier task out there.
