Majority of TSG players return with success

For the majority of Hoffenheim players, the international week has come to a successful end. The biggest success was enjoyed by Fabian Johnson, who secured himself a World Cup ticket with the USA. Koen Casteels (Belgium) and Sejad Salihovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina) are one step closer to participating in Rio 2014. Hoffenheim's youth international representatives also enjoyed success.

Belgium and Koen Casteels beat Scotland 2-0 on Friday in their World Cup qualifier and had no second fixture this time around. Former Schalke player Marc Wilmots is the manager of the team that lead Group A with 22 points, comfortably ahead of Croatia (17) in second. Tarik Elyounoussisuffered a 2-0 defeat with Norway. Behind England (16 points), Ukraine (15) and Montenegro (15), Poland are in trouble with 13 points.
