Beck on the verge of 150 appearances
Andreas Beck has taken part in 122 Bundesliga games for TSG 1899 since he joined from Metropole in July 2008. The 25 year old also took to the field 27 times for VfB Stuttgart. On Saturday against FC Augsburg, Beck looks set to surpass the impressive milestone of 150 Bundesliga appearances.
“If I'm honest, I wasn't even aware of it. 150 Bundesliga games, that's quite a number. All in all, I won't pay too much attention to it. The most important thing is that we win three points on the weekend. That is far more important to me.” At only 25, Beck has a fair few games ahead of him and may well surpass further milestones in his career.
