Hildebrand's autographs in great demand

In Sinsheim, a local store's parking area was packed because of Timo Hildebrand's autograph session for the German pay-tv channel sky.

At around 6pm, Hoffenheim's keeper started signing posters, pictures and jerseys - even a painting of the 30-year old was supposed to be emballished by his signature. "I did not expect to see that many people. It is great fun to have direct contact with our supporters", Hildebrand said full of joy. His autographs were in great demand and even when it started to rain, lots of 1899 Hoffenheim supporters waited in line.

All of a sudden, a young boy approached the keeper and gave him the blue Hoffenheim shirt: "Can you write ‚For Max' on it, please", he asked. "Sure", Hildebrand replied. "Thank you, the boy said after running towards his mother presenting the signed shirt proudly. "The supporters are of high importance for the club, even the small ones. I have always stayed in close contact to the fans and it is great to see the club's fan culture develop like this", Hoffenheim's number one said.
