1899 stars gearing up for international duty

Eight Hoffenheim stars will be heading off around the world for international duty between 10th and 18th November.

Jukka Raitala is joining up with the Finnish U21 squad for a European Championship qualifier against Spain in Cordoba.

Sejad Salihovic and Vedad Ibisevic are up against Portugal in their World Cup qualifying playoff double-header. The first leg takes place in Lisbon on 14th November, before the reverse fixture four days later in Zenica.

Croatia international Josip Simunic has a friendly match against Liechtenstein and Isaac Vorsah is part of the Ghana squad to take on Mali in Kumasi in their final qualification match before facing Angola in a friendly on 18th November in Luanda.

Boris Vukcevic will be playing for the Germany U21 side against Austria at Hoffenheim's very own Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion, while Carlos Eduardo has received his first call-up for the Brazilian national team and will be part of the Selecao squad to face England in Doha on 14th November. Three days later and Oman provide the opposition in Muscat.

Andreas Beck will be fighting for a place in Germany's World Cup squad as he joins up with the squad for two friendly matches. Joachim Löw's charges take on Chile in Köln before taking on the Ivory Coast in Gelsenkirchen four days later.
